Customer service was great! Due to rain on my date of event 3/30 Tim offered to extend my time with jumper to 3 days for a small fee. They arrived on time and the delivery and pick was quick. The jumper I chose was Little mermaid jumper combo it had a basketball hoop and slide inside. The picture on their website was generic not a recent picture of the jumper so when it arrived it looked a little older a bit faded and the stairs were a little hard to climb my 2-4 yr olds couldn't climb alone without assistance and I tested the stairs they were a little worn out they weren't stiff enough to climb you had to struggle a bit to climb by pulling your weight on the stair handles. But it served my purpose and the kids still had fun! They have plenty of other jumper options. I will definitely use them again and try out and one of they're jumpers for my next event.

Orange County Jumpers provided a dunk tank, two snow cone machines and a popcorn machine for a recent church event. Service over the phone was friendly and accommodating. Our delivery person was thorough and attentive, very professional. These rentals made our event next-level fun for everyone. Thank you Orange County Jumpers!!

I just wanted to say thank you for everything with the bounce house for my daughters, 5th birthday over the weekend. She had a blast and loved the little mermaid bounce house!! I also wanted to say that Kevin was wonderful in delivering, setting up and coming back and breaking down the bounce house. He was very communicative, efficient and polite. You guys made my daughter's birthday a hit!

I will forever use this company for my events! They bailed my family out at the last minute on 12/30 when all of our entertainment canceled on us due to rain! Even though this was a last minute booking, they did not take advantage of us and charge an enormous amount! The jumper that came was more than we had envisioned! As a retired Youth Pastor from a Christian church in Fountain Valley, I, along with my wife Shelly, run this business with the same core values that guided us in raising our children: honor, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
