City of Huntington Beach Community Services Department BOUNCE HOUSE PERMITS A permit is required to place a bounce house at any city park. Permits must be obtained at least one week prior to the event date and may be obtained up to one year in advance. Parks are first come, first served; the permit does not constitute a reservation of park space. Date, location, and the name of the bounce house vendor being used must be provided before permit will be issued. The bounce house company being used must have current insurance on file with the City of Huntington Beach. Please call 714- 536-5486 for a list of companies that currently have insurance on file with the city. The cost of a Bounce House Permit is $25, payable to the City of Huntington Beach.
